The certification process involved an employee survey conducted by GPTW India, an independent and transparent organization assessment and recognition platform. In our case, the survey witnessed participation from more than 90% of employees, which itself is a testament to our high employee engagement.
The comprehensive survey, carefully curated by experts, involved questions covering credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. A cumulative trust index score of 90 is a testament to all the hard work we put in to provide a satisfying yet growth-friendly environment to our employees. Our management policies and people got a huge thumbs up from everyone with a score of 91 when it came to the credibility of management.
We had a pride score of 92 which shows that our employees find their work meaningful and find pride in carrying out their responsibilities. A ‘fairness at workplace’ score of 88, ‘camaraderie between people’ score of 86, and a ‘respect for people’ score of 90 are all reflective of the positive culture at TVS Electronics. At TVS Electronics, we take pride in the kind of culture we promote for our current and future employees.
