- Degree in Engineering: Master’s degree – 6 to 8 years or bachelor’s degree -8 to 10 years’ experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Development of Templates using MS Word, Excel Automation, Macro Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint & O365 Tools
- Demonstrated experience in Process Management & Organizational Excellence, deployment of Quality Management System across engineering organization.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting Process Audits, Process deployment assessments & improvement action planning. Preferably Certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management System – ISO/AS 9001-2015
- Knowledge of Agile Processes & Practices in Software Development Life Cycles
- Demonstrated Experience in Engineering Product Design & Development Life Cycle
- Effective communication with ability to drive change across organization.

Marketing Intern

- Walk-in visits: Visit shops/supermarkets in designated territories
- Marketing: Share pamphlets and marketing material and create awareness about the company and product.
- Lead collection: Collect the contact information
- Lead management: Follow Up with collected leads and maintain a lead database.
- Lead conversion: Pitch subscription plans to leads and convert into sales.
- Team relationship: Assist other team members in running awareness campaigns.
