TVS-E wins Channels Choice Awards 2007 |

Voted Best Dot Matrix Printer based on the
national Channel Satisfaction Survey conducted
by DQ Channels
Chennai, 21st March 2007: TVS Electronics,
leader in IT peripherals in India, has won the
Channels’ Choice Award 2007 for Dot Matrix
Printer. TVS-E printers were voted Best Dot
Matrix Printers in the country by DQ Channels,
based on the Channel Satisfaction Survey that
was conducted amongst the channel partners
across the country. TVS-E had an edge over
competition for its superior product quality,
after-sales service and brand image, amongst
other factors attributed by channels.
Commenting on the company’s success, Mr. S.

industry average of 74.7%, with attributes such

channels.
Conducted annually with the objective of finding
which vendor is the favourite among channels and
for what reasons, the DQ Channels – IDC Channel
Satisfaction Survey covered 18 key cities across
the country with a given sample size. The
respondents to the survey were asked to name the
best vendor and substantiate their opinion by
choosing a strong reason from a list of five.
TVS-E is No.1 in the Indian dot matrix printer
market with a share of 43% as per the latest
GARTNER reports. TVS-E consistently strives to
