New Delhi, March 17, 2008 – TVS Electronics, the
IT hardware and peripheral manufacturer, known
for its channel friendly initiatives, organized
a Twenty20 cricket match on 16th March ’08 to
foster a synergistic relationship with the Value
Added partners (VAP). TVS-E hosted two T20
cricket matches at the Vijay Dhaiya Cricket
Academy, Stephen College Grounds, Mohri Gate, in
New Delhi.
The event, which commenced at 10:30 A.M., was
challenged between 2 teams with members from 22
Dealers, 4 Company Distributors, 2 Supplies
Distributors and Team TVSE. ADPs won the toss
and elected to bat. It was purely one sided
match as they scored 198 runs in 20 overs for
the loss of 8 wickets and the defending team was
all out in 15.4 overs and at the score of 58.
Mr. Navneet of RG Computers who was awarded the
Man of the match, exclaimed, “We appreciate
TVS-E for giving us this wonderful opportunity
to meet and interact with other business
affiliates. The match is a nice way to enhance
the team spirit and we are looking forward to
another such team building activity by TVS-E for
its channel partners.”
Mr. Raghavendra Araveeti, Area Sales Manager,
TVS-E Delhi, says “This event is being conducted
to promote channel engagements among dealers and
distributors. We have conducted similar events
in the past. As the financial year is coming to
a close we thought this would be a good way to
involve dealers and distributors thereby
solidifying our relationship.”
TVS-E has been strategizing towards building and
sustaining its relation with its value added
partners. It aims to achieve this goal through
regular channel meets locally and its various
channel engaging activities. As a part of
