TVS-E Appoints Regional Distribution Partners for POS Products |

Announces strategic alliances with companies
across the country
Chennai, September, 2008: TVS Electronics, a
leader in the manufacturing of IT peripherals
and products in India, has announced the
appointment of regional distribution partners
across the country through tie ups with
companies in various cities.
To facilitate the distribution infrastructure in
northern states, the company has appointed
Micromax Technologies as the Regional
Distribution Partner for its Point of Sale (POS)
range of products.
Mr. P.B. Ganesh Kumar, Senior Manager, TVS
Electronics says, “TVS-E and Micromax
Technologies have a long and cherished
partnership track of more than 15 years and we
are very pleased to partner with Micromax for
our Point of Sales products. The strategic
intent is to penetrate in Tier 3 and Tier 4
towns which have seen doubled their Retail
penetration over the last one year. Our focus is
to create an exclusive distribution
infrastructure for POS products to cater to
Retail Solution Providers and Retail System
Integrators.”
Commenting on the strategic partnership, Mr.
Rajesh Agarwal, Managing Director, Micromax

partner with TVS-E on their Retail POS

Aside from the Northern States, TVS Electronics
have also formed alliances with companies from
various other parts of the country. Some of
these include Cascade Systems & Communications
in Karnataka, Novo Computers in Kerala, Sri
Lakshmi Systems Products, Spectrum InfoTech,
Inertia Retail Solutions and Pathfinder
Technologies in Chennai, among others.
Commenting on the tie-up Mr. Sanjay Mehta, Head,
Cascade Systems & Communications says “We are
