TVS-Electronics launches TVS iSupportPack |

TVS-Electronics launches TVS iSupportPack. It is
an extended service package for all TVS-E
printers. This pack comes with an Authentication
Certificate with a WIN ID (Warranty
Identification Number) and a Service Guide. The
iSupportPack can be purchased through the TVS-E
dealers or online (Internet). It comes with
1-year and 2-year extended warranty coverage for
the entire range of Dot Matrix Printers; the
service pack is scheduled to give coverage to
all the ranges that is available from TVS-E.
Actually, the WIN ID identifies the type of
service pack the customer has bought and the
service guide aids the customers to get quick
information about the product and the dealer
network of TVS-E. |
