Deliverables Essential Competencies
1

Responsible for Channel Sales for the state / defined territory

Minimum of 3 – 4 + years experience in handling Channel sales of IT/OA products
Experience of direct selling in IT Retail, OA, IT hardware, Telecom
Experience in selling to channel partners & managing distribution network (Partners)
2 Meet and exceed Plan ( NIV ) Achievement oriented
Handled minimum 10 -15 channel partners
Must have handled multi tasks / plans – e.g revenue achievement, product mix targets and owning & implementing marketing programs
3 Business Development Sale the right products mix with a long-term perspective
Should have good negotiation & communication skill

4 People Management Exposure to managing dealer / out sourced sales force
Well versed in target setting for dealers and ability to convince dealer owners
Experience in managing collections / DSO and dealer credit limits
Other Specifications Essential
1 Academic Background Minimum Graduate ( Career 60% and above)
IT literate – MS office & other communication tools
2 Industry Background IT Retail, OA, Telecom, IT Hardware/ peripherals, High value / mass distributed electrical products
